Before Tileron, Taiwanese industries looking for premium polycarbonate solutions had to rely heavily on imports from the West. We saw an opportunity to bring world-class manufacturing home, becoming Taiwan’s first-ever polycarbonate sheet manufacturer and trailblazing the region's first hollow extrusion line. AUG, 1993

Company Establishment


Tileron established in Kaohsiung county with registered capital NT$30 million. Purchased its first PC Hollow profile sheet machine from Union (Italy).











AUG, 1993

First Production Launch


Began producing the first Polycarbonate (PC) sheets for local customers.







SEP, 1993

PC Solid Sheet Production


Launched the first PC Solid sheet line to produce flat and embossed sheets.











DEC, 1993

PC Corrugated Sheet Expansion


Expanded operations and officially began production of PC corrugated sheets.







FEB, 1994

ISO 9002 Certification


Achieved international ISO 9002 certification for quality management systems.











AUG, 1996

Laboratory Verification


Successfully completed comprehensive testing reports for the Polycarbonate product series at the Taiwan Taichung Plastic LAB.







AUG, 2001

Relocation & Strategic Expansion


Shifted operations to Tainan City to expand production capacity, increasing registered capital to NT$50 million.











JUN, 2002

Advanced 7-Foot Line Installation


Acquired and configured a second high-capacity PC Hollow profile sheet extrusion line from OMIPA (Italy) to produce ultra-wide 7-foot sheets.







SEP, 2002

Tileglass Patent Rights


Secured proprietary patent rights for our innovative Tileglass line, developed in strategic collaboration with our Japanese partner.











OCT, 2002

ISO 9001 Integration


Upgraded and successfully transitioned to the modernized ISO 9001 international quality standard.







DEC, 2002

LED Sheet Patent Rights


Obtained global product patent rights for our specialized light-diffusion LED sheets in partnership with Japan.

Softlite Sheets Development


Successfully secured patent rights for our highly unique, heat-insulating Softlite sheet series.







JUNE, 2004

Softlite Compliance Reports


Finalized and approved official technical testing evaluation reports for the Softlite sheet line.











SEP, 2005

High-End German Line Setup


Commissioned our second premium PC Solid sheet production infrastructure from Breyer in Germany.

Logistics & Storage Hub


Established our centralized Rende Warehouse facility to scale up supply chain logistics within Taiwan.

Third Hollow Extrusion Line


Integrated and launched a third high-performance PC Hollow profile extrusion line into full active manufacturing.

ISO 9001:2015 Transition


Upgraded and successfully transitioned to the modernized ISO 9001:2015 quality standard.











SEP, 2019

Capital Increase


Increased registered capital to NT$88 million.







FEB, 2021

Second Solid Extrusion Line


Integrated and launched a second high-performance PC Solid profile extrusion line into full active manufacturing.











MAR, 2025

Overseas Investment


Invested in Batam, Indonesia to build Tileron’s first overseas factory, named Fang Yuan Bao.







JUN, 2025

Relocation & Strategic Expansion


Relocated the factory to a newly developed Industrial Park in Annan, Tainan City, increasing registered capital to NT$188 million.











APR, 2026

ASTM E84 Certification


Acquired the ASTM E84 Class A test report, verifying high-level fire safety compliance.







MAY, 2026

UL 94 Certification


Acquired the UL 94 V2 flammability test report for product safety validation.
